The Mineral Age – Resourcing the Future of Clean Energy examines the material foundations of our transition to a low-carbon world. As fossil fuels are increasingly replaced by renewable energy and electrification, demand for minerals such as lithium, cobalt, nickel, copper, and rare earth elements is rapidly growing.
As a photographer I am interested in the relationship between man and nature. In my aerial photography I focus on landscapes that have been heavily transformed by human intervention.
I am trying to sensitize the viewer for those subjects by taking a look on the extraordinary forces impacting our environment.
